Pipe Threading and Cutting

Electrical Wholesalers offers an extensive pipe threading service with pipe diameters ranging from ½” through 6”. We custom cut and thread to most specifications, and we work with the most popular materials including Intermediate Metallic Conduit (IMC), Galvanized Rigid Conduit (GRC), PVC Coated GRC (OCAL, ROB ROY, PERMA COAT), Aluminum Rigid Conduit, and Schedule 40 Black Pipe.

Using our fully-tooled threading machines, we utilize industrial dies for absolute precision and rapid turnaround. Our wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment, fabricating, and assembly techniques ensures your production and assembly projects are fully supported. From simple brackets to an entire job site utility room, our resources and experience will allow your projects to reach full potential.

Threaded Rod Cutting

Stainless steel threaded rod comes in a variety of sizes and thread numbers. When you need customized lengths of threaded rods, look no further than the state-of-the art equipment available at our prefab facility.

The majority of our stock threaded rods are available in lengths of 6’, 10’ or 12’. If your application requires threaded rods in more specific lengths and you do not have cutting capabilities, we can make those cuts for you. We can cut threaded rods to the exact length you need.

You are more likely to find standard A193 B7 stud bolts in the length you need, as we stock lengths ranging from 2” to 9½”. But if you don’t find the stud bolt perfectly sized for your project in our off-the-shelf options, we can manufacture custom stud bolts in virtually any length.

Besides length and material, other customization options we offer include custom thread sizes and custom nuts to match your custom bolts or rods.

We also cut nipples in any length. In some cases, this eliminates the need for a coupling out in the field. If your job depends on joining, forming or connecting pipe, our threading and pipe fabrication equipment gives you everything you need to complete your assemblies.

In addition to Pipe Threading and Cutting, our Prefab Facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology to accommodate your custom prefab assembly needs, including:
