It’s no secret that customer service can be spotty at best these days. But not today at Electrical Wholesalers in New Haven where Chico deftly guided me through a large non-contractor order with skill and courtesy. An experience truly deserving of five stars!

Chico is the #1 best counter man in there! Actually, they're all good, but I always ask for Chico when I go in myself. I know he's old and getting ready to retire, maybe he already is, but ask for him anyway when you're in there. He works for YOU. This is the man you'll want to see when you go there. Whether you're a newbie homeowner or a pro, he helps! Not everybody is an E1 electrician, and you can do most of the choch work yourself. Those are the guys you have to call when everything's ready to be tied in from the panel out (By law)! Get it done right the first time. Chico can, and will, help you get things ready up to that point. He knows his business and enjoys helping everybody. He's got the answers and he'll put you in the right supplies that you need to get your job done ASAP. EW is a great place to get all your power supplies. It’s cheaper than Home Depot with all the Chinese junk they carry! Much thanks Chico...God bless...
